THE CREATOR of The Hartman Value Profile™

NOMINATED FOR THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE FOR HIS WORK.

The late Dr. Robert Hartman (1913 - 1973), was the creator of the The Hartman Value Profile.™ He believed a person’s values constituted a major motivational factor in the way their life was lived. Most significantly, he believed that values primarily manifested in the judgments, decisions, and choices we make about people and work are what drive our lives.

Having the capacity to make good judgments is an indispensable aspect of life and work. Without question, people of good judgment will always be a beneficial addition to any work environment, family role, and to any community.

Shortly after his sudden death in 1973, Dr. Hartman was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his groundbreaking work that provides unique insights into how an individual’s value system shapes his or her judgments, now a five-decades-old instrument.
